We’re building strong bodies and strong minds! Our strength and endurance training is designed for young athletes who aspire to make CrossFit their competitive sport.

Athletes will take their performance to the next level through focused sessions in strength, conditioning, nutrition, mental preparation and team building.

July 4–31, 2017
Monday & Wednesday only: $159/session
Tuesday & Thursday only: $159/session
Mon-Tues-Wed-Thurs: $239/session

 August 1–31, 2017
Monday & Wednesday only: $159/session
Tuesday & Thursday only: $199/session
Mon-Tues-Wed-Thurs: $269/session

Drop In = $25/class.
All pricing will have 13% HST added.
