We’re building strong bodies and strong minds! Our strength and endurance training is designed for young athletes who aspire to make CrossFit their competitive sport.
Athletes will take their performance to the next level through focused sessions in strength, conditioning, nutrition, mental preparation and team building.
CURRENT MEMBERS SAVE $10/SESSION.
Drop In = $25/class.
All pricing will have 13% HST added.
