CrossFit Junior Varsity

A functional exercise program that develops strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and endurance. For many of our young athletes, CrossFit is the perfect program to help improve sports performance; for some kids, CrossFit IS their sport! (60 min)

NEW: A different theme five days a week, and now open to JV and PreTeen athletes!

*PreTeen = ages 10-13; Junior Varsity = ages 12-14. Mandatory minimum ages apply.
Mandatory minimum age for Varsity is 14, or Grade 9.
