CrossFit Junior Varsity

A functional exercise program that develops strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and endurance. For many of our young athletes, CrossFit is the perfect program to help improve sports performance; for some kids, CrossFit IS their sport! (50 min)


*PreTeen = ages 10-12; Junior Varsity = ages 12-14. Mandatory minimum ages apply.
