CrossFit PreTeen

A functional exercise program that develops strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and endurance. For many of our young athletes, CrossFit is the perfect program to help improve sports performance; for some kids, CrossFit IS their sport! (50 min)

Athletes between the ages of 11 and 12 must complete at least three months of PreTeen before being considered for Junior Varsity.
