Mighty Minis

This program is for our youngest of athletes and the main focus is to teach healthy habits by making fitness fun! Each class encourages group and independent skill development, sharing and cooperation. Plus, kids gain self-confidence and have fun! Mighty Minis features active games, skill sessions, obstacle courses and workouts where kids will push, pull, run, throw, lift, climb and jump. (40 min)
