Our daily themed workouts involve pushing, pulling, running, throwing, lifting, climbing and many other activities that improve fitness, coordination and confidence. We aim to equip children with healthy habits that will stick with them for life.

CrossFit designed for kids
CrossFit workouts for kids teach a love of fitness through various functional and athletic movements that don’t always feel like hard work. Our classes are geared to the developmental stages of children and include personal direction from qualified coaches. Kids are challenged and feel accomplishment in every class.

Athletes between the ages of 11 and 12 must complete at least three months of PreTeen before being considered for Junior Varsity.

Mighty Minis
- Age Group: 3 to 5
- Age Group: (Ages 3-5)
- Age Group: CrossFit Cirque
This program is for our youngest of athletes and the main focus is to teach healthy habits by making fitness fun! Each class encourages group and independent skill development, sharing and cooperation. Plus, kids gain self-confidence and have fun! Mighty Minis features active games, skill sessions, obstacle courses and workouts where kids will push, pull, run, throw, lift, climb and jump. (40 min)

FirePower Kids PA Day Camp provides campers with a day of CrossFit Kids and CirqueKids! CrossFit Kids provides a daily workout including skills challenges, and obstacle courses where they will push, pull, run, throw, lift, climb and jump. CirqueKids features instruction in Circus skills including: stilt walking, juggling, wire walking and acrobatics. Kids gain improved fitness, coordination, confidence and strength to help them in life and in sport.

Designed to help girls become strong, confident and active.
