Changes to CrossFit PreTeen & CrossFit Junior Varsity This Fall!

Attention CrossFit PreTeen/Junior Varsity Athletes and Parents,

We are so proud that so many of our athletes have continued their training throughout the summer months. In order continue to train to get stronger – fitter – faster we have a new CrossFit PreTeen and CrossFit Junior Varsity schedule that starts next week!

Please note: CrossFit PreTeen is now at 6:30pm Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays and Saturdays at 11:00.

Junior Varsity Assessment Checklist

If you or your young athlete is between the ages of 11 – 13, has been CrossFitting for a minimum of 6 months and is interested in possibly moving into the Junior Varsity program, please contact one of our Junior Varsity coaches and they can conduct the JV Assessment Checklist to see if they are ready for this next level in their training. Note: CrossFit Junior Varsity classes are at 7:30pm Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays and Saturdays at 11:00am. Our athletes must complete the assessment before joining the Junior Varsity program. A copy of this assessment can been seen below. You are welcome to review with your athlete if they are in fact interested in this program.  These are also great benchmarks for your young athlete to continue to work towards achieving for their own personal fitness goals.
If your athlete has already been participating in the Junior Varsity program over the past year, they do not have to complete this assessment as we have made note they are in the JV program.
