Summer Training for Junior Varsity Athletes

Our strength and endurance summer training camp for young athletes and serious fitness enthusiasts is back! Using a 360˚ approach, athletes will take their sport performance to the next level through focused sessions in strength, conditioning, nutrition, mental preparation and team building.

Fitness training includes:

Speed • Agility • Strength building • Olympic lifting • Gymnastics • Mobility

Nutrition • Importance of mental preparation and focus • What it takes to train successfully • How to be competitive in any sport

4 WEEK SESSION = $160 + tax.  REGISTER NOW!
