CROSSFIT PRETEEN @ 5:30PM

WARM UP: 3x through:

  • Roving Plank
  • Agility Ladder
  • Burpee Broad Jumps
  • Duck Walk

SKILL: Tire flips

WOD: Partner workout: AMRAP in 10 mins:

  • 200m Run
  • 4 Tire Flips
  • 6 Push Presses (#15 – #35)
  • 8 Wall Balls (#6 – #8)

GAME/CHALLENGE: Run 200m x 4 = work to rest ratio
