  • Speed Footwork Warm Ups , Heaving Bag work, Instructor pad work

 

CROSSFIT KIDS @ 6:30pm

INTRO: Whiteboard Meeting

WARM UP: “SnowBall” Throw and Catch with a Partner

  • Start close and toss to partner back and forth. Then move back…at different distances set different movements. If snowball hits the ground, both partners have to do 5 reps of that movement
  • Do the same as a group in a circle

SKILLS: Jumping Pull Ups & Push Up

WOD: In Partners – 8 Minutes of Holiday Cheer & Creative Time!

Prep – each set of partners needs two pieces of paper and a marker

  • 3 Jumping Pull Ups
  • 6 Push Ups
  • 9 Air Squats

Partner A: completes above while Partner B is drawing something festive on their paper (tree, candles, elf, reindeer, santa, ). Then switch. If time allows, kids can finish their drawings after the WOD

WOD: In Partners – 12 Minutes of Holiday Cheer!

  • 3 Pull Ups
  • 6 Push Ups
  • 9 Air Squats
  • * Complete a rope climb at the end of each round
  • One partner completes an entire round. Next partner starts when first partner gets to the rope climb

CHALLENGE: Coach’s Choice
