CROSSFIT KIDS CAMP 9:00 – 4:00PM
 CIRQUE KIDS (Ages 6 to 9) 5:30 – 6:30
  • Conditioning (active line, runs, jumps)
  • Tumbling line, (rolls, cartwheels, handstand forward rolls, back walkovers)
  • Dive rolls, high falls from box horse
  • 3 groups of rotations (hammock, trapeze, tight wire)
  • Stretching
 CIRQUE PRETEENS (Ages 10 – 13) 6:30 – 7:30
  • Conditioning (active line, runs, jumps, spins)
  • Hand to hand and group pyramids
  • Tumbling line, (rolls, cartwheels, handstand forward rolls, back walkovers)
  • Aerial rotations, tight wire, juggling
  • Sitting pyramid
  • Stretching
CROSSFIT BARBELL CLASS (Ages 10 – 13) 7:30 – 8:30
