HOMESCHOOL PHYSICAL EDUCATION PROGRAM @ 3:00PM

INTRO: Whiteboard Meeting
WARM UP: Coach’s Choice

SKILL: Movement’s Below

WOD: Scrabble WOD 8 MIN AMRAP In Teams with your siblings!

  • Run to the “letter bag” in the middle of the gym floor
  • Count out 7 random letters then Run back to start spot (each round return letters and get 7 new letters)
  • Create a word with the letters taken as a team
  • Add up the points given with the letters used (write it down on whiteboard) and each person do that many:
    • Round One/Word One = Box Jumps
    • Round Two/Word Two = Wall Balls
    • Round Three/Word Three = Wall Walks
    • Round Four/Word Four = Push Press
    • Round Five/Word Five = Overhead Walking Lunge
  • REPEAT from round One if make it through 5 rounds for a total of 8 minutes.
    • Add up TOTAL points from all 5 rounds…the teams with the least number of points from their words does that many burpees…the team with the most number of points does jumping high fives

    • Front rolls
    • Back rolls on wedge
    • Cartwheels on both sides
    • Hand stand forward rolls
    • Bridge over crash mat, kick off

 

CIRQUE KIDS @ 5:30 – 60 minutes (ages 6 to 9)
